KEY SHIPPING DETAILS

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM EST
  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

At Hudson & Tate, we are committed to getting your new favorites to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

 

ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Place your order before 2:00 PM EST and we will begin processing your order on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be handled on the next business day.

 

HANDLING TIME
Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare it for shipment within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

SHIPPING TIME
After processing, your order will reach you in approximately 4 to 7 business days, Monday through Friday, for a total estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

 

SHIPPING COST
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

 

ORDER DELAYS
In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes or carrier disruptions. If your order is delayed, we will keep you updated every step of the way. Feel free to reach out to us at support@hudsonandtate.com with any concerns.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your personal tracking link. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order has left our warehouse. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order Status page.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@hudsonandtate.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.

 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Modifications. Order modifications can be requested within 12 hours of placing your order, after which changes may no longer be possible. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hudsonandtate.com

Cancellations. Cancellations requested within 4 hours of placing your order are guaranteed. After this period we cannot guarantee cancellations as your order may already be in processing. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hudsonandtate.com
